International Meat Forum

International Meat Forum

In 2022, China's meat output reached 92.27 million tons, which is the highest level in nearly a decade. The demand for meat will continue to increase with the recovery of residents’ consumption levels. Meanwhile, unpredictable animal diseases and the unstable trade environment affect meat supply and production in various countries. Global meat supply and demand cannot be balanced. Research and develop alternative products have become one of the main solutions to meet the meat supply & demand pattern.
